Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We are open every day except Christmas Day, but we do take dogs in over
Christmas (see Bookings page). Our opening hours
are...
Monday - Saturday: 9.30-11am, 4-5.30pm
Sundays & Bank Hols: 4.30-5.30pm only
Q: Do you take in other animals apart from dogs?
A: Not at the moment but this is something we are considering for the future.

Q: Do you walk the dogs, and if so, how often?
A: Yes we do. All dogs have a minimum of 3 walks per day, often more, and
they receive lots of love, fuss, care and attention. Please feel free to arrange
a visit so we can show you how we operate.
Q: What type of food do you supply?
A: We have a variety of dried food, three of which are wheat and gluten-free.
We also have a variety of tinned food (Winalot, Chappie and Butchers)
Q: How are your fees calculated?
A: We charge a daily rate. This means that if your dog spends any part of
a day with us then a fee is payable for that day. This is in line with the
vast majority of kennels.
Q: Are you able to pick our dog(s) up from home, rather than us
having to come to you?
A: Yes. Please call us to discuss your requirements. Please note that there
will be an extra charge for this service. We can also bring your dog back
for you if required.
Q: Do you offer a bathing and grooming service whilst our dog is
staying with you?
A: Yes, we offer a bathing and grooming service. we have 3 qualified groomers
