Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We are open every day except Christmas Day, but we do take dogs in over
Christmas. Our opening hours are...
Monday - Saturday: 9.30-11am, 4-5.30pm
Sundays & Bank Hols: 4.30-5.30pm only
Q: Do you take in other animals apart from dogs?
A: Not at the moment but this is something we are considering for the future.

Q: What do I need to bring with me...apart from the dog(s)?

Q: Do you walk the dogs, and if so, how often?
A: Yes we do. All dogs have a minimum of 3 walks per day, often more, and
they receive lots of love, fuss, care and attention. Please feel free to
arrange a visit so we can show you how we operate.
Q: What type of food do you supply?
A: We provide a high quality Chicken and Rice dry kibble biscuit which is
very popular and is included in the daily rate. However you may provide
your own food if you prefer but we are unable to provide a discount to the
daily rate if you do.
Q: How are your fees calculated?
A: We charge a daily rate. This means that if your dog spends any part of
a day with us then a fee is payable for that day. This is in line with the
vast majority of kennels.
Q: Are you able to pick our dog(s) up from home, rather than us
having to come to you?
A: Yes. Please call us to discuss your requirements. Please note that there
may be an small extra charge for this service. We can also bring your dog
back for you if required.
Q: Do you offer a bathing and grooming service whilst our dog is
staying with you?
A: Yes, we offer a bathing service for a small extra charge. We are also
able to co-ordinate with our local grooming parlours for a special holiday
make over, and we can organise transport. Please note that the grooming
service requires 6 weeks' notice ahead of your dog's stay. Please phone
